Welcome to the “International Conference on Materials: Properties, Measurements, and Application (ICMPMA 2022)” which will be held online from May 9 to 13, 2022.
ICMPMA 2022 primarily aims to bring together the ignited and inquisitive minds of Students, Researchers, Academicians, and Scientists, thereby becoming a platform where they exhibit and observe the myriad research works so that a forum is built to share the innovative developments in material science. In due course, we intend to be an acknowledged global forum for researchers working in material science by organising triennial conference through which we expect to attract a large number of participants. The first conference in this series will be held from May 09 to May 13, 2022. The uncertainty which is consequent of the pandemic has forced us to adopt the “new normal”, i.e., a Virtual gathering where we expect to go truly global.
We are planning to have an outstanding scientific programme where leading experts in the domain of materials research would engage us in deliberations that enlighten and enrich our knowledge. The scientific program emphasises the new developments in materials science at an international level. Participation in the conference will bring you build intellectual association with researchers from all over the world.
ICMPMA 2022 is well represented internationally as international researchers will be holding various posts such as Conference Chairs, Advisory Board, and Editorial Board.
The Conference series invites well researched abstracts on the following topics that focus on Photonic Materials and Devices, Magnetic materials, Biomaterials, Energy Materials, Functional Materials, Semiconductors, Optical Materials, Ceramics, Glasses, Composite Materials, Polymers, Thin Films, Optoelectronic Materials, and Electronic Materials. The conference encourages Students, Researchers, Academicians, and Scientists to present their work. The abstracts can be submitted using the online abstract submission system available on the website.
Papers presented at the conference will be eligible for submission to the conference proceedings. We are in touch with Materials Today Proceedings and AIP Conference Proceedings for publishing the papers presented at the conference. The final decision will be posted on the conference website. The conference registration is free; however, publication fee will have to be paid to publish the paper in the Conference Proceedings. The publication fee will be intimated later after we finalise upon the journal policy.

Advances in materials research are key to the rapid technological advances that the world has endured over the last two centuries. Our knowledge and understanding of materials is being updated every moment through the work of thousands of materials scientists and engineers in academia, research organisations and industry. The scope of materials research is very broad in which we can perhaps categorise it based on state, properties, applications and form or type. In this conference we aim to bring together researchers to present and discuss latest research and innovations in selected applications areas of materials such as Photonics, Magnetics, Energy, Biological and Electronics.
Over the last two years, our world has experienced difficulties of a pandemic which our generation never imagined . This has led to new challenges for the world in terms of sustainability, energy, the environment, and healthcare. Materials play an important role in current and future needs for sustainable development. It has also changed the way we meet, interact and share our thoughts and opinions. Therefore, this conference is organised as a webinar to provide an opportunity for young researchers and graduate students to listen to leading scientists in the form of a number of invited and plenary talks. It will also provide for young researchers to present their research as oral and poster presentations. Organisers are planning to publish selected papers in a proceeding of a reputed publisher and the process is ongoing. I therefore strongly encourage researchers to submit their recent work for oral and poster presentations. We are determined to provide a great opportunity for participants and presenters to share the latest research in their respective fields of materials science and engineering. We are thankful to all plenary and invited speakers for accepting our invitation to present at this conference. As chairs we take this opportunity to thank all those who are serving as members of different committees, conference proceedings editorial board and in particular the conference convenor and organisers for their efforts to make ICMPMA2022 a success.
